What's sublimation printing?
Sublimation printing is a cutting-edge print method that turns light colored synthetic fabrics into a vibrant world of color and design. It will transform your apparel into a canvas of unlimited possibilities, ensuring your brand stands out with vivid and eye-catching designs.
Best suited for:
-
Polyester, Nylon, Spandex
-
100% Polyester Tees and Hoodies
-
Graphics with gradients or detailed imagery
-
Photographs + Images

How does sublimation printing work?
Your designs are first printed onto a specialized transfer paper using high-quality sublimation inks. These inks, infused with vibrant pigments, have the unique ability to turn into gas when exposed to heat.
This fusion results in not just a surface-level design but a seamless infusion of your artwork into the fabric itself. The outcome is a vibrant, durable, and fade-resistant print that boasts a soft touch, maintaining the fabric's breathability and flexibility.
Sublimation is a specialized technique that works exclusively on synthetic fabrics like polyester, nylon, and spandex. Sublimation inks sink into the fabric rather than sitting on top, so we recommend using white or very light-colored fabrics to achieve the best results.
Why choose sublimation for your customization needs?
Sublimation printing turns your apparel into a vibrant canvas where your brand's personality can flourish. It's best for stretchy materials like polyester and spandex. Because the inks are infused into the fabric, this print method allows you to move, bend and stretch in your customized garment without being restrained from an exterior graphics application. There's limitless potential when it comes to sublimation as it makes a statement that's as bold and unique as your brand itself.

What's Heat Transfer Vinyl?
Heat Transfer Vinyl (or HTV) is a traditional print method that boasts a durable and visually striking solution for showcasing your brand with fine lines and graphic shapes.
Best suited for:
-
Cotton, Cotton/Poly Blends, Canvas and Denim
-
T-Shirts, Hoodies, Bottoms, Jackets

How does HTV print method work?
The process begins with a solid-colored vinyl sheet that is precisely cut into the desired shapes or logo using advanced plotting technology. These cut designs are then weeded, leaving only the intended elements.
Next, the vinyl design is transferred to the garment through the application of heat and pressure. This process ensures a seamless bond between the vinyl and the fabric, creating a long-lasting and resilient imprint.
It's important to note that HTV is best suited for single-colored designs and logos. The vinyl is cut from a single-colored material, making it ideal for bold, simple graphics that demand attention.
Why choose HTV for your customization needs?
Heat Transfer Vinyl is optimal for logos and graphics that are made up of single-colored shapes. Because HTV is cut from single-color vinyl, it's not possible to use this method for gradients or textures.
While HTV doesn't accommodate gradients or intricate images there is an extensive palette of colors, textures and patterns to chose from. There's also a wide selection of special finishes like holographic and reflective vinyl to truly make your brand shine.
If your logo features gradients or intricate imagery then Printable Heat Transfer Vinyl (PHTV) would be the right solution for your application needs.
PHTV accommodates detailed designs and gradients while still offering the durability and flexibility of traditional HTV. This allows your brand to maintain its unique aesthetic, even if your designs venture into the realm of intricate patterns or multicolored gradients.
HTV offers a wealth of possibilities for expressing your brand's identity. Choose bold, solid designs for a classic and impactful look, or explore the extensive range of HTV options to add texture and personality to your apparel.

What's Printable Heat Transfer Vinyl?
Printable Heat Transfer Vinyl (PHTV) opens up a realm of possibilities by allowing you to print detailed photos, vibrant gradients, and intricate designs, all while enjoying the durability and versatility with traditional Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV).
Best suited for:
-
Cotton, Cotton/Poly Blends, Canvas and Denim
-
T-Shirts, Hoodies, Bottoms, Jackets

Graphics with gradients or detailed imagery

How does PHTV work?
The process begins with a specially coated vinyl sheet that is compatible with our high-quality eco-solvent inkjet printer. Your unique designs, whether they be detailed photographs, colorful gradients, or intricate patterns, are then digitally printed onto the PHTV sheet. Once printed, the design is precisely cut and weeded, leaving only the elements you want to transfer.
The magic happens during the application process, where heat and pressure fuse the printed PHTV design onto your chosen garment. This seamless bond ensures a vibrant, long-lasting imprint that withstands the test of time, providing both durability and flexibility.
Why choose PHTV for your customization needs?
Unlike traditional Heat Transfer Vinyl, Printable Heat Transfer Vinyl caters to the intricate needs of designs that feature gradients, photographs, or multicolored elements. This makes it the perfect choice for those seeking a versatile and visually striking customization solution for their apparel.
Whether you're looking to showcase breathtaking photography, intricate artwork, or vibrant gradients, Printable Heat Transfer Vinyl ensures your brand stands out with a personalized touch.

FILE PREP + SETUP GUIDE
Every project is unique, ranging in sizes from small pocket logos to full back prints. Larger projects demand high resolution graphics to achieve a sharp and clear image to avoid any pixelation or fuzziness. Ensuring the highest quality of graphics when sending them to us is crucial for the flawless appearance of your customized product. We highly recommend using this guide as a point of reference when setting up and sending your files over to us.
Here is a list of the most common design sizes and placements for apparel. These measurements are meant as a guide for sizing your designs. Design sizes may vary depending on the garment size. Don't worry, we'll professionally size your design as we see fit for you!
Vectors (HTV + Printable HTV)
For the best quality send us your files in vector format (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, or .PDF.). This ensures our cutting software creates the perfect cut around your logo(s) and lettering. No vector files? No worries! We'll create custom cutlines around your image or we can vectorize your logo for you at an extra charge.
Images (HTV, Printable HTV, + Sublimation)
To avoid pixelated graphics or fuzzy images it's best to submit files with at least 150ppi but it's best to send us images at 300ppi especially for printable Heat Transfer Vinyl.
Color Profile (Printable HTV)
Unlike most industry standard printers, ours is capable of printing more colors due to the fact that it has two additional eco-solvent ink colors. We accept files in both CMYK and sRGB profiles.
Transparencies (Printable HTV)
Our printable heat transfer vinyl has a white background, so any transparencies (especially along the outer edge of the design) will fade to a white color if no color is present in the background.
